Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal’s friendship goes beyond the big screen!
“What’s really one of the main appeals for me in this movie is the relationship with Jon,” Ben told Access Hollywood’s Zuri Hall at “The Account 2” premiere in Los Angeles. “It’s not just an action movie but it has humor, and heart, and I think you kind of care about these guys.”
Thankfully for Jon and Ben, the chemistry was instant.
“I love the guy! We had so much fun. He’s just brilliant,” Ben said. “Sometimes chemistry, whether it’s romantic chemistry, whatever kind of chemistry is an elusive tricky thing and it’s sort of our of your control and I felt like we really had it.”
The movie also has some fun moments where Ben gets to line dance and speak Spanish, and he admitted to Access he enjoyed dancing more than he anticipated.
“I actually liked it once I picked up, I was like ‘Ok, I’m down, I get it, I see how it goes’” he told Zuri. “It’s like ways for white people to dance successfully you know what I mean because it’s organized ahead of time and you don’t have to like improvise or try to do anything.”
“The Accountant 2” premieres in theaters on April 25.
