Noah Wyle Reacts To Emmy Nomination For Role In ‘The Pitt’

20 years after hanging up his stethoscope on “ER” Noah Wyle is nominated for an Emmy Award again for playing another doctor for his role as Dr. Michael Robinavitch in “The Pitt.” Access Hollywood’s Zuri Hall visited the set of Season 2 of the hit HBO show with a special gift as he looked back on the last time he was nominated for the prestigious award. “It’s been a long road. It’s amazing it’s been 26 years. A lot of my fellow castmates on this show weren’t even born back then,” he told Zuri. “To be back on a show, playing a doctor on this lot, where that all started is incredibly synchronist and feels really lovely. I’m having the time of my life.” Noah was nominated for an Emmy five times during his time on “ER” where he starred alongside George Clooney. The “Ocean’s Eleven” star once admitted Noah was great at knowing all the medical jargon and while chatting with Zuri, Noah joked for “years” after George left the show he’d find “patient bedsheets with lines written on them.” All episodes of “The Pitt” are streaming on HBO Max now. The 2025 Emmy Awards air Sept. 14 on CBS.
