Ozzy Osbourne’s official cause of death has been revealed. The rock icon passed away from a heart attack, according to a death certificate obtained by multiple outlets on Aug. 5, including the New York Times. The document was reportedly filed in London by Osbourne’s daughter, Aimee. Coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s are listed as additional contributing factors, per the Times. The update comes two weeks after Osbourne’s family confirmed his loss, sharing in a statement that he’d died with family present and “surrounded by love.” Osbourne was 76. Days later, his wife, Sharon, and their children Aimee, Kelly and Jack, as well as Ozzy’s son Louis from his first marriage, mourned his loss at a public procession through the singer’s hometown of Birmingham, England.
