David Justice is standing by his viral “motherly” comment about ex-wife Halle Berry. On Friday, Aug. 15, the former MLB player attended the Harold and Carole Pump Foundation 25th Anniversary Celebrity Dinner in Los Angeles alongside his wife Rebecca Villalobos. Ahead of the event, the podcast host chatted with Access Hollywood and reacted to his remarks about his ex. “Here’s what I got to say – this is my wife for 25 years. Take a look at my wife – she can cook, she know how to clean, she know how to raise a great family. We got three beautiful children and one beautiful grandbaby. All right. So, I ain’t got nothing else to say about nobody else’s lady other than my lady,” the 59-year-old quipped when asked if he wanted to clear anything up, adding, “Period.” Plus, Justice also highlighted the foundation’s work, noting his close bond with Dana and David Pump. “We’re really good friends, for one. And they, you know, they do such a great job with the event and you got to give them so much credit for so many lives they’ve impacted in a positive way – all the money that they’ve raised,” he said in part.
