Elon Musk Releases Drug Test After Claims of Ketamine & Ecstasy Use

Elon Musk has released an apparent recent drug test on his X account. Early June 17, the Tesla CEO posted a laboratory final report of his urine sample from United States Drug Testing Laboratories affiliate Fastest Labs of South Austin which appeared to show he tested negative for all drugs, including cocaine, ketamine, and ecstasy. “lol,” the world’s richest person wrote alongside an image of the report. The results also noted that his sample was collected June 11 and received June 13, with the report being generated on June 16. Musk’s post comes after the New York Times claimed last month that the entrepreneur’s “drug consumption went well beyond occasional use” on the campaign trail. “He told people he was taking so much ketamine, a powerful anesthetic, that it was affecting his bladder, a known effect of chronic use. He took Ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms,” the Times reported in a piece published May 30, before claiming that the 53-year-old “traveled with a daily medication box that held about 20 pills, including ones with the markings of the stimulant Adderall, according to a photo of the box and people who have seen it.” The publication additionally noted that it’s unclear if the entrepreneur took drugs during his time at the White House and added that he and his lawyer didn’t respond to requests for comment. Musk, however, did deny the Times’ reporting on X.
