Olivia Wilde Reveals Seth Rogen Cracked Her Up So Much On ‘The Invite’ That She Kept It In The Movie

Olivia Wilde pulls double duty as director and co-star for her new film “The Invite” opposite castmates Seth Rogen, Penelope Cruz and Edward Norton. She and Seth play a married couple who has an awkward dinner party with Penelope and Ed’s characters, and Olivia told Access Hollywood that some of the laughs on set made it into the final cut! “I broke the most,” she said. “There’s a few shots in the movie where Seth cracked me up so completely that I just completely break on camera and we just had to keep it because there was no other better shot.” Seth himself got the giggles too, sharing that one scene singing and dancing to Sade with Penelope took a few takes because he was laughing so hard and even ended up with an injury! “I laughed very hard as we were filming that scene and it took me a few takes to get through it and then I actually hurt my shoulder for like 8 weeks,” he shared. “I fall into the bookcase, I actually did that and hurt myself pretty badly.” “The Invite” is in theaters starting June 26.
