Police Arrest Suspect In Murder of ‘American Idol’ Executive and Her Husband

Police have announced an arrest in the fatal shooting of “American Idol” executive Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca. The longtime music supervisor and her husband, both 70, were found shot and killed in their Encino home on Monday, July 14. One day after the victims were discovered, 22-year-old Encino resident Raymond Boodarian was arrested as the suspect responsible for the double homicide, per the LAPD. Police also claim the couple had walked in on the suspect in their home, resulting in a confrontation which led to the fatal shooting. An “American Idol” spokesperson released a statement obtained by Access Hollywood, sharing that they “devastated” by the pair’s passing.
