Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Attorney Confirms They’ve ‘Reached Out’ To President Trump For Pardon

Could Diddy be next on Trump’s list of presidential pardons? On Aug. 5, Nicole Westmoreland, an attorney on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ defense team, sat down for an interview with CNN and confirmed that the music mogul’s legal reps have reached out to the Trump administration about a potential pardon. A few days prior, Trump told Newsmax that a deteriorated personal relationship with the Bad Boy Records exec made the decision “difficult” for him. When pressed, Trump agreed that a pardon may not be likely. The White House declined to weigh in on the situation when contacted by NBC News, saying in a statement on Aug. 6 that it “will not comment on the existence or nonexistence of any clemency request.”
