Taylor Swift May Be Forced To Deposition In Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni

Taylor Swift is getting involved in Blake Lively’s ongoing legal battle with her “It Ends with Us” costar Justin Baldoni. According to court docs obtained by Access Hollywood, the singer has agreed to be questioned by Baldoni’s legal team during the week of Oct. 20 – 25. Those dates were determined due to Swift’s “preexisting professional obligations” as she is “unable to do so before Oct. 20,” per the new court docs, which were filed on Sept. 11 by Baldoni’s legal team. Swift will likely be busy until then promoting her new album “The Life of a Showgirl,” which debuts Oct. 3. Following news of this update, Swift’s attorney stated in that she has not agreed to deposition, explaining, “My client did not agree to a deposition, but if she is forced into a deposition, we advised (after first hearing about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule would accommodate the time required during the week of October 20 if the parties were able to work out their disputes. We take no role in those disputes.”
