Andy Cohen Breaks Silence On ‘RHOP’ Star Wendy Osefo’s Arrest On Fraud Charges: ‘I’m Really Sad’
Andy Cohen is addressing the recent arrest of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” star Wendy Osefo. The 57-year-old shared his thoughts on her legal troubles on the Oct. 13 episode of his SiriusXM show “Andy Cohen Live,” revealing he found out about the news like everybody else did. “There’s not much that I can say. I know nothing of the charges more than you guys do, than what I’ve read,” he said. “I’m sad about this. I’m really sad about this,” he added. Andy’s comments come days after Osefo and her husband Edward Osefo were taken into custody and later released on bond. According to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood, Wendy is facing 16 charges while Edward is facing 18. During his radio show, Andy went on to explain why he didn’t address the situation or ask Wendy’s “The Real Housewives of Potomac” co-star Ashley Darby about it on his Bravo show, “Watch What Happens Live” over the weekend. “We had taped that before I went to L.A., so that is why you did not hear me asking Ashley her thoughts on that in case you were wondering,” he said.
