Millie Bobby Brown Reveals She Plans to Shave Her Head Again When She Has First Child: ‘Liberating’

Millie Bobby Brown is getting candid. The actress joined Alex Cooper for the March 12 episode of “Call Her Daddy” where she shared insight into her relationship with husband Jake Bongiovi, including details on their wedding, and reflected on her time on “Stranger Things,” revealing that she plans to revisit her character Eleven’s now-iconic buzzcut from the series when she has her first child. “I always tell Jake for my first baby I want to shave my hair off. I don’t know, I just feel like it was really liberating,” she said, adding, “Maybe like right before I’m about to give birth because I just think, like, hair is such an ordeal anyway, to deal with. I’m going to, like, nurture my child. Why deal with my hair? And I think it’s such a liberating experience…I felt like I had that experience as a girl, but I’d like to have that experience as a woman.” Plus, the “Electric State” star also discussed tabloids who criticize her appearance. “I think that the press they love to go in on me sometimes with certain things. Obviously, people say that I look a lot older, like, you know, that’s like a thing that I get a lot is like, ‘Oh my God, she looks like 40.’ And I’m like, ‘Well, yeah, you did meet me when I was ten, so I understand now I’m 21. It’s been ten years. She grows; my face grew.’ I don’t know. What do you want me to do about that?” she said in part.
