Tom Sandoval Shocks America’s Got Talent Judges With Audition Performance
Tom Sandoval is looking for a chance to bring his musical career to the next level. The reality TV star auditioned for the latest season of “America’s Got Talent” alongside his band, “Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras.” In a preview clip released June 20, the 42-year-old explained that he is looking to redeem himself after his cheating scandal, known as Scandoval, as he hopes to secure a spot on the competition show. The singer made headlines in 2023 after it was revealed that he was unfaithful to his long-term girlfriend Ariana Madix and involved in an affair with a friend and costar of theirs, Rachel Leviss, who at the time went as Raquel. Before performing, he also explained to the judges, which includes Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Mel B, and Sofia Vergara, that his band kept him going during the fallout of Scandoval. The singer, who was accompanied by friend and “Vanderpump Rules” alum Tom Schwartz as well as his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, then performed “Take on Me” by A-ha, leaving the judges stunned. “America’s Got Talent” airs Tuesdays 8/7c on NBC.
