Jenna Ortega Reveals How She Bonded With Lady Gaga On ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 Set

Jenna Ortega and Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye have a very fiery dynamic in their new film, “Hurry Up Tomorrow.” “It kind of flips like a switch,” she told Access Hollywood’s Zuri Hall at the film’s New York premiere. “Abel honestly is so moving in this and does such an incredible job at kind of switching…my job is really just to kind of hold him down a bit,” she added. Jenna has another amazing co-star in Lady Gaga, who will be in Season 2 of “Wednesday.” On the red-carpet Jenna told Zuri what they bonded over on set. “Honestly, I think it’s just maybe a little bit of the hustle. You know I think Gaga she has such an inspiring come up story and she persevered through so many different things and I look up to her,” she told Access. Plus, the 22-year-old dished on her Met Gala text exchange with bestie Sabrina Carpenter. “We were kind of just texting each other like, ‘Hey man I can’t pee,’…I was like ‘I can’t sit so,’” she added. “Hurry Up Tomorrow” hits theaters May 14.
